Bisexual is a label some people don't like using. Some view bisexual as being equally attracted to men and women so if they are more attracted to one or the other then they don't see themselves as bi. There are other labels like no-curious, heteroflexible, homoflexible, etc. Use whatever label you are comfortable with or don't use a label at all. Just be yourself.
