Probably. I actually use people's profile pictures as a "rule of thumb", to be honest. I'd say keep the R and X pictures behind the "paid members" wall, and leaving mostly G/PG/PG-13 pictures (clothed/partially clothed, non-explicit) on the main ones. :)

If someone ONLY has explicit/nude photos that don't show the face, I tend to be suspicious ;)
