FIRM4647	I travel a lot and see many hotels and various cities. I usually stay in the suburbs, the big cities have a lot of traffic. I like SanFrancisco and Omaha of all places. CrazyMountainGirlie	I read an article in my local paper this morning that got me thinking A landmark day for Bisexuals ... Berkeley California has become what is thought to be the first US city to officially proclaim a day recognizing bisexuals.The city council unanimously declared Sept 23 as Bisexual pride and bi visibility day. Since 1999 Bisexuals have the date and bisexual pride events are held in Los Angeles, Boston , Chicago and other cities around the country.But Berkeley is believed to the first city that has taken the step of formally acknowledging the day I'm not sure in this city that is actually acknowledged at all certainly not to the extent of the gay pride events. .... Does anyone know of events in their area to recognize the day ....Is bisexuality becoming more recognized and maybe even mainstream like being gay or lesbian maybe one day it wont be as taboo as it has always seemed to be Just looking for thoughts opinions feelings anything you wanna throw into the discussion I'm curious to see what people think ... Although cities listed in title may be helpful.... think of all the possibilities that you may miss by passing over those cities that you may not recognize. GXP2Mikey	Here is one man's point of view since I am into bisexual females: You can meet feminine bi women at an upper grade lounge or club that caters to bisexuals....or you can go to a local adult bookstore and ask for a listing of clubs that cater to bisexuals. This involvement may mean sexually, emotionally, in reality, or in fantasy. Monogamy and non-monogamy are relationship choices made independently of sexual identity. Some bisexuals are monogamous, some may have concurrent partners, others may relate to different genders/sexes during different times of their lives. bibhccouple	we have just joined this site and did a search and it is confusing on how many people and couples in our area are straight. we founds 12 couples and 8 of them had both man and women as straight.then searched women and 10 out of 16 are straight??????this site is for bisexuals looking for bisexuals.i can understand in a couple situation if one is bi and one is straight but if both are straight why even come on this site there are so many sites for straights.and singles who are straight just do not need to be on a bi site.this site needs to stay firm with the bi part .
