Guess we forgot to read the fine print, thanks for the info. Maybe you should just advertise it as a 1 week free membership, since if after a week, you can't see anyone or contact anyone, it's basically just a chat/forum room. Not very many people in our area on here to make a paid membership worthwhile. There are lots of nice people here though, thanks for the free trial.

I suggest you make the ability to initiate "Chat" a free feature. A number of member sites do this already. In exchange you could limit the numbers of emails a day you can send daily, or not. Keep narrow Search and other premium features for "Paid" members, but "chat" is less and less considered Premium, and is an expected site capability; paid membership or not. Thank you

What I usually tell a trial member when they say, " What happened to my pic?" I remind them of the above, and let them know, if they buy a membership before their free trial expires, they will get pictures back not only for the amount of time they pay for, but for the remainder of their free trial time as well.

Many times they will buy a membership right then to get the best use of that remaining time of their free site trial, because it then gives them all the benefits of a paid member for the remaining time as well....for example: cyber room, all forums, paid pics, etc

I don't see a problem with the Lobby chat. Think about this, if cybersex was allowed in the lobby, who is to say an underage kid wouldn't get a free membership. Sometimes there's no way to tell. I wouldn't want to find myself on the other end of that, so I feel like that rule protects me. The chance of someone underage getting a paid membership is very slim.
