For the past couple of months I have been taking over the counter female hormone pills, specifically Solaray Female Hormone blend sp-c. They have the advantage of being cheap and I have noticed some gradual changes in my body, though not completely sure how much is placebo and how much is real. My nipples are usually pert and erect now and there is some breast growth. My body hair seems smoother and to be growing slower. My skin feels softer and my body appears a little more rounded and female. My body was already fairly effeminate, which helps.
