whthawke66	In deference to the webmasters' wishes, I request our conversation here restrict itself to just the idea of a PRIVATE party on the dates listed, NOT an official BP event. The Webmasters will announce and run any BP sponsored event at Rainbow Mountain in the future, not me. :) Personally, although I like the idea of June, I don't want to wait that long to do this again! So I'm hoping we can do a private party in April or May, with BP possibly setting up an official party in June. Even March would be good - give everyone enough time to recover, physically and financially, from the holidays, while still leaving open for the site overall to enjoy another BP party in the June time frame. Folks, this is just an early discussion thread...so let's just think and plan, and if we can decide on a date or dates that at least a dozen or more of us would want to do, then we can reserve the rooms with Rainbow and work from there! We are at this time able to book even small parties (10 rooms minimum) and still recieve the rates we got for the Play Party - though if it's a small group, I doubt we'll need or want the lounge building...anyway, this discussion will in no way conflict with any official BP events! :) And Frank and Pat, your assignments for the next party is just to BE THERE! whthawke66	Folks, a quick official update to information on the party: First, if you are planning to stop by just for Saturday during the day, and will not be joining us for Dinner, then please register on the registration page to ensure that the Webmasters can make you a name badge. There is a $10 donation required to join the party on Saturday - this money will be used to pay for party favors, and to provide some of the tips to the resort personnel for having to clean up our messes. :) As I said before, there will be NO profit made by anyone on this party. Second, the official schedule is now posted also in the registration page. There are some changes that have been made in accordance with the webmasters' desires and input from other individuals. Please read the schedule carefully, and mail me or the webmasters any questions you may have. Third, if you would like to organize some private party, particularly any sexually oriented parties, please feel free to post them in the forum so that you can organize them as you'd like. There is still my private party on Friday evening, open to all who desired an invitation and who understand the rules of that party. The webmasters have asked me for a count for that party, so they can arrange other activities for those not choosing to join my party...I shall provide them this count, but will withold the names of anyone who requests to remain annonymous in this regard. Just drop me a quick line if that is your wish. Others desiring to host parties of their own are respectfully asked only to not schedule them in conflict with other planned weekend events, if possible. No official support can be given to any private party, my own included, and folks are reminded to retain normal caution and care in hosting or attending any parties.
