Description:
I am an independent thinker, who is not jumping on any bandwagons simply to belong to a group. I am a nice guy who likes most reasonable people, both men and women. My commitment to the many and broad rights of the individual is very unusually strong. I value the friendship of intelligent, independent-minded, reality-grounded, and life-loving people. For those who think it important, it is not the case that I hold any religious beliefs, though I do have a strong commitment to my own moral code.
I am hoping to find a close friend with whom I can share interests, including but not limited to, interests in sexuality and sex. I enjoy intelligent conversations, ranging from the nature of man and friendship, knowledge and science, history, economics and business, philosophy, fantasies, and much more. I would love to meet someone to enjoy activities such as hiking, swimming, racquetball, canoeing, wrestling, football, sailing, or other manly activities. Some years ago, I had a fairly long-term relationship with a man which we both greatly enjoyed. I would like to have a more complete intimate friendship in a long-lasting relationship than even that proved to be. I am married and I very much love my wife. I still have a need for close male companionship. Both sexes have so much to offer!
Ideal Situation:
Initially sharing a nice meal at a restaurant and having an interesting conversation. This allows us a better opportunity to understand each other's interests and to assess how comfortable we feel in each other's company. People are complex and highly unique, so it takes some time and effort to make a reasonable assessment of the possibilities for developing a close friendship. We might just talk about normal subjects while eating and then go for a walk afterward or sit in a car and talk about the sexual hopes we might have for a friendship.
