Three things you must have before opening up your relationship to swinging are honesty, communication and a healthy self-esteem. I can already see that you are missing all three. If you're worried about your girlfriend finding someone else, you shouldn't be swinging. That worry is a sign that you're insecure about your relationship, and swinging will not cure insecurity.
