I have a prescription for sildenafil, the generic Viagra. It works, but it gives me a stuffy nose and a dull headache sort of like a hangover. Gets and keeps my cock nice and hard for as long as I need it. I usually it a little Afrin for the stuffy nose and the headache passes pretty quickly.

If you need a hard-on in a hurry, I suggest one of the prescription drugs (either Viagra or Cialis). Of these, I prefer Cialis, which I currently have a prescription for, because it lasts for 36 hours as opposed to 4 hours for Viagra. But, as SloStroker pointed out, they do have side-effects and are very expensive, so they are not for every day use. A cheaper, slower acting herbal remedy is Horny Goat Weed. It acts to improve overall circulation. I noticed that after a few weeks of using it, I would wake up with morning wood and am able to get hard with less effort. I haven't noticed any side-effects from it so far.

Stroker,, Try to use less. I get the generic V 100 ml. I cut them into 4. No stuffy nose, No headache. And if you buy 100 or more you get them real cheep.

I sometimes us a drug called levitra. It works really well but it's expensive - I find that 1/4 pill is enough. It's kind of a nice feeling so just get crazy rock hard and stay like that for a while.
