3 The 5th one down on the right hand column probably says "unblock member"
4. Click on it.

You can also select MAIL on the drop down home page menu. Next select MANAGE FOLDERS. Once in look for BLOCKING and select it. Once in scroll down until you see BLOCK BY MEMBER NAME. Look below and you will see everyone you have blocked. If you want to unblock someone click on the X next their name.
