My Tounge only took about 1 week to heal... My labret was healed in 2 to 3 wks. my eyebrow, I had each one done once... both rejected... but I was told that If you repierce where it rejects... the peircing will take because of the scar tissue. I just got my belly pierced a few days ago... It didnt hurt to peirce.. but it is starting to get a bit sore.

Billys eyebrow healed and did not reject... his ears were no problem either. It definatly depends on the person and the aftercare. There is a spray you can get called H2Ocean spray. It is wonderful for piercing aftercare.

1) When getting nipples pierced is a barbell or ring prefered? Why?

2) Should I just get both done at once or one at a time? I can take some pain so I'm not overly concerned about that.

3) Is there a prefered metal for the jewelry?

Well, my hubby has both his nipples pierced, and one of them is pierced twice. For him it enhanced the feeling. I had one of mine done, and I ended up takin it out just recently (I only had it in for about 6 months) because it really didnt do anything for me, as in no increase in pleasure. But I think that had more to do with the fact that I breastfed my son, which took some of the sensitivity out. If you have a professional piercer do your nipples for you it might not be so painful. We pierced ourselves, as it was the cheapest way, but a professional will be sure to pierce it level and in the right spot instead of having them crooked if you do em by yourself ( it happened to me lol) So there is two sides of the story, and I hope something helped!!!
