Rates in Florida is commonly high but you will be suprise to find good deals especially in central Florida. But remember, it's a tourist state and known to be swarms of snowbirds that causes it to be high. In Bradenton, I found some really cool apartmets for that amount. I'm currently paying 1100.00 per month and it's a fully equipped amenties, view of the gulf, and well guarded community. For example, there is a two bedroom condos in Sarasota that runs from $700.00 to $900.00 and not to mention great locations. In University Parkway, everything you need is there from banks, restaurants, variety grocery stores to choose from. Prices here is remarkably low since they compete for your dollars. Employement rate is pretty good here. Seems people are getting a good dosage of those information that cause them to move here. Just look out for two main natural disasters.
