Join To View heywood_jablome	I've looked at a few programs for streaming video. Ustream and periscope are two most popular for broadcasting. FaceTime and Skype are more like video phone calls. I'm sure you knew that. Anyway, ustream has a setting to make video private. Without private setting, you are broadcasting to the world. I have never used private settings but ustream works well. Periscope is owned by Twitter. They also have a private setting, but it's more of a social network and you need followers. Once you have a follower, you can hold a private broadcast. I would recommend setting up a new user account, post it to your profile, get followers, then send password to broadcast. The ustream seems easier, but periscope is very popular. Both are free... Ustream directions for setting up private broadcast. How to make your channel private: 1) Begin by clicking here and logging in with your Ustream username and password. 2) From the left side toolbar, select "Manage Your Channel." 3) Choose the show you wish to make private and select the "Settings" option from below the name. 4) The main settings menu will now open. "Private channel" is the first on the list, tick the box next to "Make your channel private." 5) Enter the password you wish to set. **Note: This will require a password upon load for any users trying to view your channel. They must have this password to be able to view the stream and chat room or social stream. ghoul13	A small suggestion. When you click on remember member name and password, maybe you can drop a cookie with the info. That way the next we get an email, saying we have email we dont have to stop at the main page, click on login, click on mail. If it remembers our id and password we could go directly to our mail. Join To View classylady1976	well said BillnPattie. i personally know quite a few people who have had to leave the site for one reason or another but did come back. one member i know had been gone about 9 months & a couple more were gone about 6 months. not all the expired members are ones that were here only for a trial membership. sometimes there are reasons in people's personal life where they have to leave the site for awhile. also we do our best at catching the duplicate accounts. i know from working closely with another mod how many duplicate accounts we found. and he found more than i did because he was always behind the scenes looking for duplicate accounts. so that's why you see that some members haven't been active for awhile....it's because they have made duplicate accounts. for the most part....most members are on the up & up but you do have to check to see when they were last active. it takes alot of work to run this site & i commend the webbies for doing such a great job. but the members have to do their fair share of research of members they are interested in also. and those members may not always be within a stone's throw from your house.....you may have to do a little bit of travelling to that member you are interested in or they may have to travel to you. it would be nice if everyone could find someone near them but it isn't always possible. thanks. pat Send Mail IM
dja69	Why should I be charged more money and why should my money pay for someone else's account? This is not an exclusive couples site only and I'm not just quest here. I pay just as much as everyone else, in fact I pay more than a lot of other people already as some accounts were created when you were able to purchase a lifetime membership at a one time price. I'm not on here to pay someone else's way nor should my relationship status and gender be singled out to do so either! Why the disparity of treatment? If some are having trouble meeting people, than they should re-evaluate their own profiles, wants and approach. And just because this is a very open site does not mean it's a quarantee that something will happen or that those we choose to talk to are somehow obligated to some kind of hook up. As far as what you suggest as "voluntary" the site already has an avenue to do just that, it's the gift certificates that can be purchased for other members. But to single out one particular gender and sexual preference and their money put in a separate fund to pay for the accounts of couples, couples that they may or may never reach out to is insulting.
