Question - there seems to be a blurred distinction that needs clarification, namely (referring exclusively to "male to female" side): she-male vs. crossdresser vs. transvestite vs. transexual. They seem to be largely interchangeable, yet there seems to be more of a tendency for those I've seen referred to/who refer to themselves as she-males or transexuals to have taken "further steps" toward being female (removal of Adam's apple, breast augmentation, hormones, shortening of vocal chords, etc.) Comments from someone with authoritative knowledge please email, I'm very curious.
