Basically this would depend on the person and the situation, but this would be how I would start. I would chat and get to know each other first before ever deciding to meet in the first place. I would suggest that we meet at a restaurant... public, nothing fancy, just casual where we could talk and get to know each other face to face. I would bring her a small arrangement of flowers as a token of my appreciation of her. I would hope that the conversation would be light and friendly to begin with. If things seem to be going well, then I would invite her out again. This would give her a chance to think about our time together and evaluate whether she would like to see me again or not with out the pressure of more activities. If things are going very well I would suggest another activity that we would both agree on.
