I can tell you that my wife and I have been doing anal for over twenty years, and we never do all of that prep. If you’re getting plenty of fiber in your diet, and you’ve had a recent bowel movement, then your rectum will be fairly clean. All of that colon cleansing and enema use will just irritate your rectal lining and your anus, and make things more uncomfortable. If you’re having anal with someone who gets freaked out over a little poop, then maybe rethink who you’re having anal with. Keep a towel nearby for any accidents and use plenty of lube, and your whole experience will be more pleasurable. The most important thing is going super slow while stretching your anus to the size of a dildo or cock.
