Interesting jessy. I have been here going on 9 yrs and never noticed or heard such a thing about being discreet.

Curious to know why would a member who wants to be discreet who has no pic up, have an issue with other members who do?

Many members here who do not want their pic showing, put it in private and hide it behind their pin number. This way the only person who sees their face pic or whatever, is the member they give the pin to.

BP is a site that actually has tools to help us be discreet. Members just have to use them.If you need help to use them, just email any moderator.
