lol, No, I don't think that she was exaggerating about there being several bisexual couples or individuals in the various Kingdoms of the SCA, but I think you were looking for some quick action and were disappointed when you did'nt get any. Fact of the matter is, the SCA is a family oriented Medieval educational group, not a sexually oriented group to pick up someone. Even though there are alot of the people who are bisexual and get together regularly at SCA events and at other thimes. Only, they have been friends for a while. As I quite often mention, the three couples we get together with regularly have been our friends for eight or more years and we accidently found out that we were attracted to each other.

Hi again everyone!! Are we all getting OogieExcited?? I know we are!!!!! Theres been a couple points of confusion I would like to clear up.
1. EVERYONE is invited to this BBQ!!!! And just like here on the site.... judgements will NOT be tolerated.
2. It is a PUBLIC park. We will all have to act within the rules (we can still do this and still have fun.... we are adults after all :))
3. When getting to the lake/park.... say you are with the group *Mark & Di family and friends* and your parking fee will be waived for the day (that was all included when we paid to rent the pavillion). This is not a BP sponsored event so if you say you're with the BP group they will not know what you are talking about lol.

We hope to meet as many BPers as humanly possible as we can NEVER have too many friends!! See you all there!!!!

I cant believe it's almost here!!OogieExcited!! We plan to be at the park between 10 and 11 am eastern time and prolly eat around 1 pm eastern.

A few last minute things I want all who are coming to remember---

1. When you get to the park-- you will NOT have to pay the daily park fee if you tell them you are with [color:Red]*Mark & Di Family and Friends group or even just Mark & Di at the pavillion* [/color] -- don't say the BP group-- they will not know what you are talking about. This cost was included in the price of renting the pavillion.

2. Bring whatever meat you would like to cook on the grill, your own drink (non alcoholic at the park), and a dish to pass. We will have condiments, napkins, silverware and plates there along with the charcoal and lighter fluid for the grills.

3. Bring you bathing suits as there IS swimming in the lake at the park.

We can't wait to meet everyone and enjoy a day with good friends and good food!! I will post driving directions to the lake from Allegan in the next post with mileage and landmarks etc. Hope to see you all there!!!!!!!!!!!!

Wildest place, to me atleast, was on a boat in the middle of the lake! I used to work at a summer camp and I ran the water skiing program so I had access to the ski boats all the time. During the day after our 2nd classes and 4th classes of the day, a small group of us would take the boats around the lake for a joy ride.
