Montreal Online Dating Community with Bisexual Personals for Bisexual

I have been with my husband for 6 years, he knew that I was bisexual when we started dating and has always been open but I have just worked up the courage to even get online... lol
umm lets see we both like cars and fixing them up! we both new to the whole online dating stuff! we just looking or spice in our sex life! and im a bisexual so we thought that maybe another women would do the trick!
I'm a bisexual acitivist and do volunteer work in the gay/bi community. I'm divorced with one daughter and a new grandchild. Came out to my family and friends as bisexual 10 years ago, and have been active in the bi community ever since. I work in publishing, and, being reasonably fit, my outdoor passion is bicycling. I used to do a lot of mountain biking, including downhill, but lately have stuck to road biking. I recently started kayaking, and want to do more. I'm progressive politically and am also an activist and have my own blog. My last girlfriend was bisexual, but I lost her to another woman. C'est la vie. It could have been the other way around, as I loved her but had a raging crush on a guy at the same time--so couldn't be mad at her. Ah, the delights of bisexual relationships! Speaking of that, I'm open to all kinds of relationships--friends, romantic, sexual. Ultimately I'm looking for a committed relationship with one person, probably monagamous but given my experiences am willing to consider otherwise under the right circumstances. Have had little group experience, but maybe it's time to start, so I am also open to that.Ultimately, I'm proud of being a bi man and being part of a politically active bisexual community.
Straight male, bisexual female. New 2 the online dating we thought we'd give it a try , looking 4 that special lady who wants 2 be herself finally without worrying about being judged 4 being herself with sum 1 , You know who you are now get 2 know the couple you've been looking 4 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Hey there and thanks for checking me out. Although I've had some success on mainstream dating sites I often find myself in the familiar predicament of when do I tell them I'm bi and what's the best way to do it. I've also used alternative sites, but even on some of those bisexual men are looked at with instant disapproval. Hopefully this site won't be the same as most bisexual dating sites that have very few members actively using it and people willing to be who they're.
I am ready to meet and make friends in the bisexual community. I have thought about this for a long time. I want to be a part of the community and see where it leads.
bibhccouple no this site is not just for bisexuals looking for bisexuals...

The following is off the site log in page....

BisexualPlayground.com is an Online Dating Community with Bisexual Personals for Bisexual, Bi-curious, and Open-Minded Individuals. With 606,549 members and growing, there's always somebody for you to chat with or hook up with! BP is home to many lesbian, gay, bisexual, bi-curious, transgendered, and other open-minded singles and couples.

Many people here are straight, gay, and lesbian. BP is a great place for all who wish to make it "home."
Heard alot of chatter about this lately, why are you on a Bi-sexual site and straight etc, etc. so i thought i would point out the obvious and apparantly overlooked,, this is a direct quote from the main log in page,
"Bisexual Playground is an Online Community with Personals and Chat for Bisexual, BiCurious, and Open-Minded Individuals"
pay close attention to the Open-Minded Individuals part?
Game, Set, Match, thanks for playing ;)
Our city is a great place for get togethers and encounters. BP members Carol and Danny organize them out on the West Island, in other parts of town, there's the BiCercle Montreal - bilingual group that meets for dinners, outings (not THAT kind..) and discussion. The bisexual community is actually quite large up here, unfortunately, not many of the French community are aware of BP.

So if anything comes up? We'll post it in here and maybe the two solitudes won't be as solitary anymore.
According to current estimates, bisexual+ (bi, pan, fluid, queer, m-spec, and non-monosexual) individuals represent over half of the LGBTQ+ community in the United States, but experience significantly worse physical, mental, and social health than their gay, lesbian, and heterosexual peers. Nonetheless, bisexual+ populations are often understudied in health research and bi-specific community services are critically underfunded.

In 2011, the Institute of Medicine’s report on LGBT health recommended more research focus on bisexual+ people to better understand bi+ population needs. Despite these recommendations, bi+ people are often still grouped with lesbian and gay people in research studies. When research does focus on bisexual+ communities specifically, they regularly find that bisexual+ people experience higher rates of depression, suicidality, interpersonal violence, and other physical and mental health disparities compared to their homosexual and heterosexual peers. The bisexual+ community receives little funding, services, and resources to address these disparities. According to the Funders for LGBT Issues 2018 report, out of nearly $200 million of funding for LGBT organizations, less than 1% went to bisexual+ interests, the majority of which was from one funder that devoted it to academic research, not to bisexual+ organizations serving the community.

In response to these ongoing disparities, Bisexual+ Health Awareness Month works to raise awareness about bisexual+ community health and pushes for more action and resources to support bisexual+ wellbeing.
Yesterday was the 25th anniversary of the first unveiling of the Bisexual Pride flag. The Bi flag was designed by Michael Page in 1998 to increase the visibility of bisexuals among society as a whole and within the LGBT community. He aimed to give the bisexual community a symbol that is comparable to the rainbow flag for the greater LGBT community. The first bisexual pride flag was unveiled at the BiCafe's first anniversary party on December 5, 1998.

Happy 25th Birthday to the Bi Pride Flag.
In July, we attended the local meeting of the LGBT organization that puts on the PRIDE fest here. I say PRIDE fest, because it supports the entire LGBT community thus its not GAY PRIDE fest. After 2 hours in the meeting feeling like nothing was accomplish, I voiced my opinions to the Co-Chair and reminded him every time I spoke, email or saw him that there were bisexuals out there. After the 5th or 6th time, he agreed and changed the web site to display not only the rainbow flag, but all 4 flags...LGBT. So many times the bisexual community gets lost in the gay community and clumped together. We are not gay, nor straight. We are BiSexual and have our own place in culture. I have changed all my icons on chat services to proudly display the BiSexual flag and answer all questions when asked what it is. In today's society, there is room for us all...LGBT and Str8 and more than enough respect for all desires and people. Next time you see an event hosted by the local community, look to see if indeed there is a BiSexual flag flying in the breeze just as high as the rainbow. If not, ask "Why isn't there a BiSexual Flag flying?"

I think your site is perfect the way it is. I have been on many sites looking for other bisexuals like myself, and I have not had to much luck. I was in a lesbian chat room in yahoo chat and I asked what other sites are available for bisexuals like myself and some kind soul told me about this one. I am so happy I found it because I have already found another bisexual in my area. I find that bisexuals are not really welcome in the straight community and they are not really welcome in the gay community either. So with you and Bill having this site, it really helps people like myself. I have to thank you for providing this for myself and any other bisexual out there seeking a mate. Thanks.
