TeasedPDB	It's hard to replicate the pain of a piercing, since it is a penetration, not a pinching. But the pain is temporary! Depending on what piercing and how big, and how well you heal, will tell how much pain. But once healed, unless you do something to cause more pain, all done. I've had my Jacob's ladder about 7 years and reverse PA about 6. The only pain now is intentional... And for catching on others' teeth, practice! 1Rubinesque1	Hi! Here's my two cents: 1) I had my nipples pieced for years. I loved them! 2) Yes, there is decreased sensitivity over time. I found that if I took them out for a week or two, the sensitivity would be right back and was intensified when I put them back in. 3) I liked curved barbells or rings for my nipples (they pierced with a curved needle). I've actually heard that piercing the clit can kill the sensitivity. It's better to pierce the hood (right above the clit). This way the barbell/ring constantly hits the clit. 4) I went to my local piercing place. I don't know if I'd be comfortable with my doctor doing it. Just make sure the place has a good reputation and is clean. 5) First off, I liked that little bit of pain...but that's me. At one point I had my barbells out for too long and my left nipple piercing closed up. When I got it redone, the piercer accidentally hit a milk duct. Sadly I ended up taking out the rings and letting the piercings close up because all I could smell was a sour smell from that side. Other than that, I had no problems. Hope this helped.
