I'm a late bloomer with this attitude. I was raised in a somewhat conservative household where nudity among my parents and siblings wasn't in the cards. It wasn't until I was around 25 when I met an older couple in their late 30s and started hanging out with their family at their small ranch. They were a family of nudists. And I started going naked in their home along with them and their kids and even their visiting parents: grandpas and grandmas look are beautiful too. I'm in my 50s now and still love the nude life. BiDocAndVixie	My ex wife and i slept nude until the day we separated after 20 years. And our sons thought nothing of it. And the big treat for them was the family redwood hot tub in our rose garden. Guests could go nude in the tub or not. <br /> My late second wife was the victim of horrible family sexual abuse as a child and teenager. As a result as an adult she slept fully clothed in several layers and I very seldom saw her nude. So I know what sexualization of a child can do. After she died, her grown daughter and I were more relaxed. She and I slept in our underwear and left our doors open. When we took trips, we shared a room and often hung out in underwear. <br /> Now my new wife and I sleep nude, but we have a 10 year old girl. So I cover up when she comes down from the loft where she sleeps. I know she knows when mom and I are making love, but she usually doesn't interrupt. <br /> I have seen the so-called family nudist websites. Mostly Dutch or Ukrainian . They claim that nudity is not sexual, to make it legal I guess. But I think the kids are often aware of a connectiion. The boys are often at least semi hard and the girls clearly love to pose. .<br /> Is it harmful? It wasn't for my sons. <br /> I'm curious if other members here have experience where family nudity did lead to more sexual conduct. BiDocAndVixie	Our clothing optional beach at San Onofre State Park is no more. A few years ago, nudity was banned because some people could not control themselves, and had sex on the beach, in the open, or in open tents visible to everyone including children. Others were o parading around with erections. And one guy, very proud of his, propositioned two women right by our blanket. There was also sex in the individual changing/restrooms making them unavailable to people who needed them. The rangers had had enough complaints, and enforcing courtesy got very annoying to them. So nudity was banned. C'mon people! That's what RVs, trailers, and campers are for. I miss swimming and walkung along the beach nude. And I didn't mind seeing people having sex. Heck, like most men, I'm a voyeur and an exhibitionist. And I enjoy seeing all the family members nude. But a family beach isn't the pkace for sex. A few inconsiderate people spoiled it for everyone. Billy4fun2	I am not a professional psychologist, I am not a professional social worker, I am not even a professional parent, I am single male I have no children of my own, and all I am offering is my personal opinion, and that is as long as the family leaves sex out of the equation then I see nothing wrong with it. I see this has really created an interest. I believe someone said on here that we expose our children to all kinds things not good for them, such as murdering, cruel and unusual punishments, cussing OMG! The cussing is the worst, but then we have a problem with nudity, Sometimes this worlds priorities are all out of wack. If its just family nudity we are talking about then I AM ALL IN. Send Mail IM
Biguy77578	My family were not nudist but there was not a lot of modesty either. Large family by today's standards living in a small house with only one bathroom and everyone shared a room with someone so dressing in front of others was common. So at some point all our family was naked in front of others at some point. In Texes summers without a/c you wore as little as possible and it wasn't a big deal. As my older brothers and sisters left home I was the last one left home with mom and saw her naked a lot it was just life. My best friend's family in the 60's had 8 children (3 girls) in a 2 bedroom house. Their mom would breast feed fed in front of me and the entire family. No one was adversely effected by the open sexuallity and all were very well sexually educated. Send Mail IM
SmokeyMtn29	I've only been to 2, Adult World in Oneida, TN (near Knoxville) off of /I-75 North and Cinema 1, Chattanooga, TN. Each one is different in size and dimensions, but they are like an open downstairs, family type room for multiple guests. Both places had signs which basically stated no nudity/sexual activity...Video viewing only. Send Mail IM
