I've kind of reached a critical turning point in life...
Just feeling that a lot of people are not being honest about what they want.
And that, in itself, is turning into a lot of wasted emotional energy that could be better spent on other things.
...
I'm very detached when it comes to sex, honestly.
And I also don't mind good friendships minus the sex itself.
It just seems that life spirals out of control when you try to have both with the same person.
So I'm kind of trying to figure out early on whether to put someone in the friend or partner box and just leave it at that, no hard feelings.
Life is A LOT less complicated that way.

Chris; I find though the years that the more you try to force something to happen it just doesn't happen. let life take its own course. if its meant to be it will happen

I honestly found I struggled with making life what I felt I was inside, just because there were a lot of things that conflicted with each other. Life seems to be about finding the right balance and avoiding the extremes. And that all starts with a thought that leads to a new day...
