| ken18966 | Coast To Coast Am Radio Coast to Coast is great. I first found the show while living in Austin in 1996. In a way, it's X-Files or Star Gate SG-1 for the radio. I will say that I miss Art Bell, though I think George Noory does a commendable job, plus I get my "Art fix" on the weekends. Although some dismiss the show as "bizarre" or "wacky", I think that both Art and George are skillful hosts who actually allow for a dialog that doesn't exist elsewhere. I am generally a skeptic, but after having listened to Coast to Coast since late 1996, I can tell you that Art has caused me to reevaluate my position on such topics as global climate change and EVP (electronic voice phenomenon). FYI – The recent hit movie "Day After Tomorrow" was based on Art Bell's book, "The Coming Global Superstorm". For those who can't stay up late, I recommend the "After Dark" newsletter. |
