I'm at the end of 20+ year marriage (have filed for divorce). I've never had serious relationship with a man, but had several casual sexual encounters before marriage (1980 was latest). Hmm... is "getting together" a euphemism for sex in this context? Probably... I'd like to meet a man (or adventurous woman) that I connect with. There is so much of a difference between screwing and making love to a woman that I can't imagine that there wouldn't be the same difference when having sex with a man. I'm not saying we need to be in love, but there has to be an emotional and intellectual connection. So I guess I'd like to get to know someone a fair amount first, and gradually work up to having sex when it's right for both of us.
