I have always been somewhat attracted to beautiful women, even been head over heels for a few. On the other hand I have had a few very nice experiences with the same sex. My belief has nothing to do with establishing any kind of lables for ourselves. It is my belief that everyone has the same capacity, to be with either a girl or a boy, to even have the capacity to love, no matter who it is. I don't think "getting it on" with another guy makes us anything. I believe that people don't understand the nature of what real freedom is about. I believe its about owning it, realizing it, and expressing it Expressing it in our passion and our sensual pleasure.
I believe that people can be very prejudiced and hypocritical. Like for instance when someone says the he has nothing against guys who have sex with each other, but will not do it himself. It is this sort of thinking that is very self limiting. The sad thing about it is that the hypocricy that most people li ve by has everything to do with what was programmed into their minds before they they were capable of free thinking. Now they are "enslaved" by a belief system that prohibits them (and our society ) from progressing. How can people learn from their hate and their wars, if they never allow themselves the opportunity to learn from love and compassion, by never allowing themselves to experience it with anyone.
I like people who are "free thinkers", people who respect the rights of others and respect that everyone has a choice (many choices) in life. I like a good conversation with intelligent people who inspire me to be better in every way. In that, I want to do the same. I have a profound social conscience and believe that the seeds of change are bourne out of insightful political discussions.
Then theres the prospect of making very good friends in the process... Thats what its all about! Those who were my friends as a little kid are still my friends today. I have many and could always be friends with more. I like the prospect of"being a friend to someone" because it motivates me and inspires me in profound ways. And if there is some level of physical pleasure, it sure beats getting it on with a rubber doll. Besides, I don't want to have to answer to a rubber truck driver!
