Webmasters	Hi All! Vegas could be interesting for a BP Party. I (Pattie) have never been farther west then PA so it will be interesting. We know there are a lot of people on the west coast that wanted to go to the BP Blowout in TN but couldn't make it. Just a few tips from Bill and I: 1. Try to work WITH the hostess of the BP Blowout 2 in TN which is Marie (need2bcuriouse) so that the two parties are not planned on the same weekend. We prefer them to be at least a month apart so Bill and I have enough time to work on, promote, and actually go to BOTH parties. If both parties are planned for the same exact weekend, Bill and I will most likely have to pick only one (coding for one party and help manage the guest least for one party can be confusing and time consuming enough) ;) We realize both parties are being planned for next year in the Spring or Summer, so hopefully there will be enough time and available dates to work out both parties so that they don't conflict with each other. 2. Many of the people that went to the first BP Party where on the east coast, and the fact that they know how much fun the first one was, they will try to go to the next party too (and the 3rd and the 4th and so on). Now while it was feasable to drive to the BP Party for the east coast people, keep in mind that many of us who went to the first party will probably have to fly to the one in Vegas (or wherever on the west coast). Unless they REALLY like driving! So try to get definite details early so that people on the east coast can make plane reservations and if need be save up for the trip to vegas. Ok seriously now. I got to agree with the fact that the feedback here for the success of the Pocono party HAS got to BE GOOD for ANY parties whether Vegas or otherwise is concerned. Frankly, seeing the posts from the TN Blowout had me wanting to attend The next one that came. SOME of us don't have a need to go to Vegas, UMMM something about too much gambling temptations ;), I'm with the vaccation one as well. Merlin only gets so much a year and I normally use it up going back and forth to GA. So that is why MOST OR ANY Party we attend count on us getting there on Sat morning unless it's in Cincinnati :P. I'm all for everyone that wants to be at Vegas or where the webbies are at to go. Don, let us know one way or the other and what dates work out for everyone else. We may or may not be able to make one but we could do another one :) Private or BP planned event we'd seriously discuss coming back out there, too many fond memories but tell angelo and Frank GM that i really need a stronger headboard in my room! Join To View classylady1976	yes it seems reasonable to me too. since the vegas party seems to be all booked & well on the way to a success i don't see any reason why other parties can't be posted now because i am sure any other parties wouldn't draw anyone away from attending the vegas party. there has been alot of talk about the overflow & booking rooms in another hotel in vegas so i think that would constitute a success even before the party takes place. i was in the chat room when some members mentioned about their money having to be in on the 22nd of january so would it be safe to assume that the new travel & party planning section will be up & running shortly after the 22nd? I know a lot of people are keen on the Las Vegas party, but there are a number of us who would like to set-up and promote our own get-togethers. The way it is now, it makes it a bit difficult to do. It's now been well over 4 months since this section has been active, and if it isn't going to be used as intended, please change the name of the forum to something else related to your Las Vegas gathering. It does get quite frustrating checking that section weekly, and just getting the promo on Las Vegas. Send Mail IM
