If you are a "beginner" at using cockrings, I would suggest by starting with rubber rings. That is the safest way to determine the size that is most pleasurable for you, without the risk of hurting yourself or dending up in the emergencyroom with a raging hard-on from a steel cockring that is too tight...

To choose the right sized cock ring, while you are erect, use a tape measure from behind your balls at the base of the penis. Wrap it snuggly (but not too tight) around the top of your cock close to your body. Then divide this measurement by 3.1 to get the diameter. Choose the closest sized cock ring to this figure. Do not wear a cock ring which is too small!
