the site will not let us delete our profile ! we can not read your emails and we can not see your profile so don't waste your time !!! we tried to delete it and save everybody some trouble but the site will not let us and will not respond to our messages so yep , were gone ! good luck to everybody in their search :)

No, it does not force people to read profiles, because they don't read them anyway. Twice this week I have been msg by people, whom if they had read my profile, would had known I wasn't interested. Yes, I got more of this before I'd made my pics private, but it hasn't stopped. Some people think that just because this is a sex site, it gives them license to be rude.

I agree. There are some crazy things on the site but that is what makes the site so much fun. I think that the people I have met over the years make this site great! There are definitely times when I read a story or a forum that puts a smile on my face. ;);)

While I understand that this site is written that way, I certainly do not believe that someone who sends you email should have the ability to know when (if) you have read it. You cannot do that with regular email (without the person taking a step to let you know, either by approving return receipts, etc.).

This is an area that should be changed, or at minimum user select-able... I don't believe any other site (of this type) we are on allows someone else to see (track) your activities online (in your mailbox).

There are hundreds of reasons why someone could / would read an email without replying at that time (or ever)...

Just a quick reply to tygrwolfe, hopefully this will help you when sending an email....

When you read the first page of a profile, scroll down to the bottom of the page before interests.

On the right hand side you see columns with info in them. Go to the last two that say Member Stats.

Using your profile as an example, read the info in the box:

Last updated profile 26 days ago
Last uploaded photo 2 yrs ago
Last Online it says 4 hours ago.

The last online tells you if this member is active on the site and how long ago they were on the site. It would say 5yrs or 6yrs if it was that long ago.

So to answer your question, that feature is already there, but then it takes us right back to the people not completely reading profiles.

Note the box below this one tells you whether or not this person is even on the site:

Remember if there is a $ sign in green then the member is paid. Your chances for a response imho are much higher. When someone is paid, chances are more that they are also active because they can see pics.

Hope this helps and answers your questions. Many site questions members have may be answered in the site articles. You can find them all if you go to the "View" tab and click on the very bottom where it says articles. You can move around and read different articles there.
