I will be attending a convention in North Myrtle Beach October 13 - 17. Evenings are busy with the convention, but days are free. I have a room at Beach Cove Resort for some daytime play.

Hey just a short note for your trip The Parrot Convention (Meeting of the Minds) in Key West this year is the last weekend of Oct. So should not interfear with your plans. To the BSP memebers in Key West I hope to be there for the convention maybe we can meet and have a drink.

Marie and I are going to Las Vegas in from July 18th to the 25th to attend the Lifestyles-West 2006 Convention that is running from July 19th to 22nd. We were wondering if anybody else on Bisexual Playground has plans to attend that convention?

I really don't know the area down there at all. We used to have a house in Punta Gorda on the Gulf Coast, and rarely got to Miami. I know the show is being held at the Miami Convention Centre and at a couple of local marinas. We're staying in South Beach, a couple of blocks from the convention centre, and will be relying on the shuttle buses to get to the marinas.

One of the evenings, we are meeting up with a big sailing crowd for a get-together, we just don't know which night yet. Other than that, we are fairly free.

I think the phrase they're using right now is "social distancing." I think the thing to avoid right now is places where you'd be in contact with lots of people, but if you're in a high-risk group (older, immunocompromised, existing lung issues), keeping to yourself might be smart. I'm asthmatic, so we are staying close to home. I had a convention last weekend, and I think that just barely came in under the wire. It was a local convention, and most people drove. I used enough Purell over the weekend to get a contact high from the ethanol.

I attended a bi swingers party in San Francisco in 94 shortly before I moved back to TX. I'd been to regular swingers clubs before, but this was a whole new experience. It was in a house with the party outside & in the basement. Hot tub & several rooms to play in. Safe sex all round with swings, pillows, mattresses, & more. Everyone was really friendly & respectful. I also attended an SMBD swingers club in SF that was an actual buisness. Paid admission & cash bar. Several rooms with the obligatory Mistress inflicting pain on her subjects. Bondage gear in every room. People weren't as friendly. Actually kind of creepy.

Swingers Palace in Pittsburgh has a Mixed gender Bi night every Friday. I've never been there but I get their newsletter. It is also the only club that I have heard of that welcomes Bi male activity in the club. Maybe a member from Pitt. could tell you more. The web site is swingers palace with a hyphen in between. Jim
