I have spent a lot of time getting my profile complete, accurate, and up-to-date. I wish everyone would do the same. Before I contact someone I read their full profile. If I like what I see, but I am not what they want, I may write something like "I know that I am out of your age range, however I love your profile and photos. Good luck in your search." I believe not hitting on them, but complimenting them goes a long way.

I agree with you Stephanie, even though I am not much of a poet ;) When I joined BP I wanted to have the blue and yellow "Super Profile" ribbon next to my name. It took me 2 - 3 weeks to think about and answer all the questions and add some photos. I have continued to update my profile over the past 18 months; my interests and experiences continue to evolve.

Each member can rate every other member only once. If you rate a profile a second time, it [b]changes[/b] your vote. So if you rate someone a 3, then rate them an 8, it only records you rating them the 8.

I'm not going to add a feature to see who has rated your profile. I just believe it's a matter of privacy. This also goes for seeing who viewed your profile. I'll allow you to see how many people viewed your profile, but not [u]who[/u] viewed your profile (or rated your profile)
