I used one for quite a while. I didn't follow directions like I should have n don't always get a good hard on. The pumps come with a rubber seal at the bottom which could act as a cock ring. I stopped using the rubber seal n used vaseline as a lub/seal that is why my cock is shaped how it is. Some times I would put the cock ring on then insert my cock into the pump n pump it up.
