So there is light at the end of the tunnel right now, and if things go well, we will have the house sold in about 2-4 weeks, and we can just go rent for a while before we jump into buying another house. That way we can rent somplace cheap, pay our debts and get thigns settled for at least a couple years to where Na's credit goes from good to excelent! :)
