EvilDoctor	When I posted the original message I was referring to openly bi-males with female partners that actively swing with other bi-males or bicouples, but out of the gaze of the swing clubs. Certainly the number of boards I've come across the cater to Bi-male swingers plus a few swing clubs for Bicouples that have Bi-male partners would suggest a great need is trying to be filled. Are we underrepresented in the Lifestyle community? Are our needs being met? Do we need to become more active and vocal so that we can be seen? Certainly bioldguy69\'s experience would suggest we have a long way to go, and the Lifestyle community might have to reflect on whether it needs be more inclusive of it's adherents. EvilDoctor	I was flipping around the stations on television the other night, and caught a feature story on CBC Newsworld on an On-premise club in Montreal club L\'Orage. The club was in the news this past year for having been raided and then partially winning a court case when the judge said that an on-premise club is not necessarily illegal. The short part of the report showed a bit of what the inside of the club is like (a little like a straight version of a gay bathhouse for those that have been in one.) and showed a few people walking around. However the part that caught my attention was a stat that said that 90% of all women at swing clubs are bi. Okay I can accept that, though I feel that many of the 90% may not be really bi, just going with their partners wishes. However it also said that only 3% of men in the lifestyle are bi. Now that seems preposterously low. Now for many clubs male bisexuality is taboo, or at least discouraged. I strongly suspect that it is far higher than 3%, it's just that most men are not openly displaying their bisexual side. I base this suspicions not just on this board and the increasing number of web sites for bisexual male swingers but also in the number of ads looking for bimales or bicouples in the local swingers magazine. So what does everybody think? Is that number ridiculously low? Or is it an accurate reflection of reality? David Male Send Mail IM

Something about your post just doesn't ring true for me, and I feel like we are all being played. Mainly because if you did actually do research, your questions would have already been answered. But I will respond as if this was a serious query... There are different types of Swinger Clubs and Swinger Parties. Some are "Off-Premises&quo t; clubs where people go to mingle and chat, and if things go right, leave with others. Other clubs are "On-Premises&quot ; places where things happen right there. But either way, no one is ever pressured to have sex with anyone they don't want. There are also "Orgy Parties" where it is big free for all with everyone doing everyone. When you come across places, they will be one type or the other, and will be billed as such. It's usually best to start with an Off-Premises place first, just too meet the people and get an idea of what they are like and if you are into it. From there you can move on and do as you like. I'd been to regular swingers clubs before, but this was a whole new experience. It was in a house with the party outside & in the basement. Hot tub & several rooms to play in. Safe sex all round with swings, pillows, mattresses, & more. Everyone was really friendly & respectful. I also attended an SMBD swingers club in SF that was an actual buisness.
