Sometime it is a lack of attention but most often than not the behavior is a learned behavior. Children tend to imitate the actions and behaviors of them closest to them. May i suggest that a family type of counseling be tried. May not or may help. oldhorny	You have just made the first step... recognizing that you want to change behavior... weight loss is not something people should do... behavior is what needs to be changed and weight loss will be a symptom... to change behavior you must understand the behavior that is making the result that you don't like or is detracting from your life happiness. For instance if you eat fast food either "heat up" from a store or in a fast food restaurant you need to gradualy reduce it until it becomes a rare event. Here are 5 points from me: 1. You are a beautiful young woman now... you can change your behaviors 2. Try to cook more food yourself from ingredients... not a box or counter 3. Walk two blocks today... add 1 block a day for 3 months... then keep it up 4. Eat 6 very tiny meals per day... don't worry what you eat if it isn't fast food 5.
