Yes, I must admit, everyone's been really friendly & open here, and the women seem pretty supportive. But at the same time, most of those women are in m/f relationships. Just because someone is bisexual does not mean they wish to *look* for playmates of the opposite sex. Many bi women here are married or in a relationship with the man of their choice and are ONLY looking for other women. As long as they openly state they are not into other men and are looking for women only I don't see the problem.
