From what I know, the best one locally is Xpressions Video in Hallandale Beach. I-95 to West Hallandale Beach Boulevard. Go West ( I think two lights), and it is located on the South side.Very clean & $5 to get into the video booths area. Most booths have glory holes. I am not sure regarding 'nice' people; from my experience all there have been fine - nobody really interacts beyond what is done between the booths.

Sensations Video in Hollywood is very clean also. I have been there a few times, but did not have any luck. Corner of 441 and Hollywood Blvd @ the North end of the strip mall.
