Hi Everyone...just wondering if anyone has ever considered setting up a meet and greet for those folks living within a certain radius of you?

I had attended a meet and greet for swappers a couple of times locally and gathered a great deal more information about the lifestyle (ok found was not for me). Also, was a great way to meet others although most were couples looking for bi fems only and was fortunate to meet the hosts and share with them what I was looking for and got some very good feedback as to the do's and dont's within that lifestyle.

Heck if anyone would be up to doing a meet and greet within my area of Pennslvania more specifically the Lehigh Valley (Allentown, Bethlehem, Easton and some surrounding areas) that would be cool.

Hi lovebugs...no I would never suggest that anyone open their house to people from the Internet. The one I mentioned in my earlier post was held at ChiChi's, a Mexican style bar/restaurant, in an open area right off the main lobby. There is a full bar, tables to sit at, karaoke, pool table and the like. The last one I attended consisted of approx 65 people mostly couples and more single dudes than single females. The unfortunate part was this meet and greet was geared more toward the die hard swapper/swinger and so any bi males that attended were not very welcomed.

Pick a pool hall, bar, or coffee house to do the meet and greet. Think of the possibilities that could be there for people to actually meet in person. I would do one locally except we don't have many from my area to get one going. Heck I already met me so what would be the point to go to a club, bar, or coffee house....lol! Might get carted away if i show up in public and hold a chat with just me...LOL LOL!

It has nothing to do with the type of swinger group, it has to do with the type of party. The type of party you just mentioned is an old fashioned, and quite common, swinger gang-bang. Typically no voyeurs are allowed, and if you attend, you have to take part. We put these on ourselves from time to time, and if you don't jump in, you get thrown out!

This thread doesn't deal with those types of parties, as those truly are "sex" parties. What most of us are talking about here is what could be considered an "off-premises, meet & greet" type of party. Since you cannot have sex right at the party, but need to go to the privacy of your own room, the two are not the same.

These types of off-premises parties are never a free-for-all, even within the experienced swingers community. They are set up so you can meet like-minded people, and if everyone is in agreement, go off somewhere else for your fun. You never come to these types of parties with the idea of guaranteed sex in mind. It is a very different scene.
