I have found that some people get off on talking and making planes to meet for sex, but never go through with it. Other use the meet to just get you to cyber with them if your not into it. The best thing I have found to sift out people who really dont want to meet was to talk with them, but not talk about what I may want to do with them sexual, or make extravagant meeting arrangements.
