What a coincidence with this post. I bought an anal enema just this afternoon. I was looking for something like a bulb rinse (something along the line of a meat baster). Seeing nothing like that, I bought the enema. Now that I mentioned the baster I may rethink that. I'm looking for something for just some cleansing for 6 to 8 inches in. Online you can get them , in the stores around where I live they never have them. Always sold out. Well too be honest about it there's are alot of different types of anal cleaning tools for a true player. You can get the bulb types but seriously they don't have the power are the best reach to get cleaning out done right. Now you can get a bag that has a 6 to 8 inch tip on the hose and the bag looks like a hot water bottle this is the right way to do the that it's really depends on how you feel about this but you can always go to Amazon or Temu for a shower anal cleaning kit and they are really good with the cleaning and I mean good they get too the very root of the things. 🤭.. If you decide to use a Fleet enema, definitely dump out the solution. It’s sodium phosphate, which is way too strong for a pre-anal enema. Just mix a litre of warm water with a teaspoon of table salt.

My thoughts on this subject are simple (sorry If this disagrees with some of you):-
A body's colon extracts mainly fluid from the digestive tract. If there is salt (ie Sodium Chloride), the body won't absorb it - that's why shipwrecked sailors who were cast adrift in their rowing boats would squirt sea water up their bums - this is known as a Retention Enema - the colon would retain the fluid & absorb only what was good for the body - rejecting everything else.
That's why I have had no qualms when strange fluids are 'injected' into my bum !
On a thrifty note here:- the cheapest enema/colonic irrigation that I know of is:- unscrew the shower head from the hose, turn the heat to 'cold' & the flow rate to it's minimum. Stand in the shower tray & squirt the water up your bum. Providing you've had an earlier 'poo', the excretion will be merely coloured water (plus a few solids - if the solids are substantial just pick them up with your hands (or tissue paper, if you prefer) & transfer them to the toilet pan. In my experience, if I've had my daily 'poo', the shower enema only produces coloured water & small solids.
