It's hard to replicate the pain of a piercing, since it is a penetration, not a pinching. But the pain is temporary! Depending on what piercing and how big, and how well you heal, will tell how much pain. But once healed, unless you do something to cause more pain, all done. I've had my Jacob's ladder about 7 years and reverse PA about 6. The only pain now is intentional...

And for catching on others' teeth, practice! Most people do have trouble sucking me the first time, but take it easy and do ok. Since I'm not eager to be sucked, I'm a sub cuck, it's not really an issue for me.
